Set Up Your Space
Choose a quiet, well-lit area with enough room to move freely.
Have a sturdy chair, a mat or towel for floor exercises, and any items your physiotherapist has recommended (e.g., resistance bands).
Place your device (laptop, tablet, or phone) on a stable surface at a height where your full body can be seen during movement.
Are therapist are only licence to provide services in Ontario. You have to be physically in Ontario for us to treat you.
For safety reasons, your physiotherapy will ask you to provide the exact address of were your are located during the session

Test Your Technology
Ensure your internet connection is reliable.
Test your device’s camera, microphone, and speakers to ensure they work properly.
Dress in attire suitable for exercise, such as athletic wear, to allow easy movement and visibility for your physiotherapist.

Have a Support Person (if possible)
If available, ask someone to be with you during the session. They can provide a second pair of hands to adjust the camera, assist with positioning, or help with certain exercises, if needed.
Reflect on what you’d like to achieve from physiotherapy and share this during your session. Consider any specific pain points or mobility issues you want to address.
